These Terms govern your use of the RoomTrue iOS app, operated by Middle Middle LLC (“RoomTrue,” “we,” “us”). By using RoomTrue you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Contact: [email protected].

1. What RoomTrue does

RoomTrue lets you photograph a room and use AI to generate restyled design concepts in aesthetics you choose, including styles based on inspiration images you provide. Generated images are AI-created concepts: they are for inspiration and visualization, not architectural, structural, or professional interior-design advice, and real-world results (products, dimensions, feasibility) will differ.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). If you create an account, you sign in with Apple and are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions and credits

• RoomTrue offers auto-renewing subscriptions (currently $9.99/week or $19.99/month) that grant generation credits (600/week or 1,800/month), plus one-time credit top-up packs. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Each generation consumes credits (shown in the app before you generate). Subscription credits refresh each billing period and unused subscription credits do not roll over; purchased top-up credits persist while your account exists.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• New accounts receive a small number of free credits to try the app.

4. Your content

• You keep all rights to photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit them solely to operate the service (generate designs, store your library) as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your photos for marketing or model training.
• You own the generated designs to the maximum extent permitted by law, and may use them personally or commercially. Note that AI outputs may not be protectable by copyright in some jurisdictions and similar outputs may be generated for other users.
• Only upload photos you have the right to use — your own home or spaces you have permission to photograph. Do not upload images of identifiable people, other people’s copyrighted photographs (including images scraped from social platforms), or unlawful content.

5. Acceptable use

Do not: (a) use RoomTrue for anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing; (b) attempt to generate prohibited content (our models apply safety filtering and we may moderate uploads); (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or abuse the service or its APIs; (d) circumvent credit or subscription mechanics. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Third-party services

RoomTrue relies on Apple (purchases), RevenueCat, Supabase, and AI model providers (Google, OpenAI). If you connect Pinterest, your use of Pinterest remains governed by Pinterest’s own terms; our access is read-only and you can disconnect anytime. RoomTrue is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, TikTok, Google, OpenAI, or Apple.
